Major disappointment and essentially a rip off. For $20, we get an almost random collection of blog posts, thoughts, and ramblings. Buried in this ridiculously long and ponderous book are a few nuggets of real insight and value. But, the author seems to be so impressed with his own profundity that he simply can't keep himself from adding a 6th or 7th musing on a concept he's already beat to death.Where the book really fails is practicality. It goes on endlessly about leadership, structure, and discipline, yet less than 5% of the book covers practical ways to implement the principles. It is ironic that the book harps on discipline and structure, while the writing is sorely lacking in both.
